Favorite place: Sandstone cliff in Gueberschwihr. The Auberge St Marc is a perfect starting point for walks or hikes. The combination of rock and forest has a calming and exotic effect.

Favorite season: Autumn lights up our vineyards and forests, providing a feast for the eyes during your walks.
Favorite place: The Saint-Léonard Chapel, a peaceful spot on the edge of the forest, accessible on foot from Gueberschwihr or Pfaffenheim.

During Advent, winemakers from our villages decorate and host events in their cellars: farmers’ markets, wine and Christmas food tastings, wine and chocolate, wine and macarons… as a real foodie, I thoroughly enjoy myself every time!
Favorite season: Autumn, without a doubt! The vineyards are decked out in their finest colours at this time of year: a bright, vivid yellow that sets our hills ablaze, even on grey days. Add to this scene the cacophonous flight of a flock of starlings and the spectacle is guaranteed!
Favorite place: The viewpoint on the heights of Obermorschwihr, reached via a lovely stroll through the vineyards. From there, you’re treated to a superb view of the village below and the Alsace plain.

Favorite season: Spring – a much-anticipated time of year after the chilly winter months! The vines are in bloom, the sun is back in full force, and Easter celebrations are bringing towns and villages to life.
Favorite place: The wine route from Eguisheim to Rouffach is a superb trip to take by motorbike or car, featuring a stunning view of the vineyards and the plain from the heights of Husseren-les-Châteaux. It’s the best way to explore our beautiful traditional villages and the heart of Alsace!
